Française de l'Énergie Reports Positive Q3 2025 Performance

Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announced cumulative sales of €20.9 million for the first nine months of FY 2025, with a notable increase to €25.0 million under full consolidation for Drin Energija. Third-quarter revenues surged by 21% from the previous quarter, reflecting robust electricity generation, particularly in new installations in France and Norway.
The company's gas business showed promising recovery, marking an 8% increase in Q3 sales following resumed injections into the GRTgaz network. Notably, FDE's recent acquisition of Alltec contributed €2.5 million to the revenue in just two months, enhancing their technical and market expansion capabilities.
FDE's strategic moves in Norway signal ongoing growth, supported by projects like Halsa Biogass and the Stavanger RNG plant. These initiatives are projected to significantly boost annual sales and EBITDA, cementing FDE's role in Europe's energy transition.
