Francotyp-Postalia's Annual General Meeting for 2024 Financial Year
Berlin, 25 June 2025 – Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG held its Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2025 in Berlin. Like the previous year, the event was held in person. The meeting represented 76.1% of the share capital.
Friederich Conzen from the Board of Management discussed the past financial year and future plans. The Management and Supervisory Boards addressed all shareholder questions. New Supervisory Board members, Dr. Dirk Markus, Dr. Martin Schoefer, and Dr. Frank Hübner-von Wittich, were elected until the 2030 meeting.
