Freelance.com: Half-yearly review of the H2-2023 Liquidity Contract
The company Freelance.com has published its half-yearly report for the second half of 2023, concerning the liquidity contract entrusted to the Gilbert Dupont brokerage company. As of December 29, 2023, the liquidity account showed a balance of 29,501 shares and €61,756.30 in cash.
During this period, a total of 151,346 securities were purchased for an amount of €592,217.85 spread over 1,739 transactions. Symmetrically, 152,740 securities were sold for €585,304.67 via 1,224 transactions.
Compared to June 30, 2023, where the contract showed 29,880 shares and a balance of €72,279.38, a slight decrease in available liquidity is observed. Initially, when this contract was established, no securities were held, and the cash balance was €100,000.00.
