Availability of the 2024 Universal Registration Document by FREY
On March 21, 2025, FREY announced the filing of its Universal Registration Document for the 2024 financial year with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. This document includes the 2024 annual financial report, the corporate governance report, and the auditors' reports. As a certified B Corp™ Mission-Driven Company, FREY also included its 4th Mission Report, demonstrating its commitment to more sustainable real estate.
This document is available on the FREY website and the AMF website. It is also available at the company's head office in Bezannes. In 2025, FREY plans to hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25.
