Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Announces Share Buyback Transaction
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (FSTA), known as Fuller’s, has successfully completed a transaction involving the buyback of its own shares. This event, part of a share buyback programme initiated on 16 November 2023, took place on 11 March 2024, as per the details disclosed by the company.
The shares purchased were 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each, with a total of 10,983 shares bought back through the London Stock Exchange. Numis Securities Limited acted as the intermediary for these transactions. The buyback saw shares purchased at prices ranging from 548.00 GBp to 552.00 GBp, with an average price of 550.7315 GBp per share.
Following this transaction, Fuller's stated its intention to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury. As a result, the total issued share capital of Fuller’s listed shares stands at 41,182,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,063,689 of these held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of listed voting rights for the company is 37,118,650, a figure relevant for shareholders concerning the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
