Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a transaction as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. On November 20, 2024, the company purchased 2,500 of its 'A' ordinary shares priced at 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This acquisition was carried out through Numis Securities Limited, maintaining the programme announced on August 23, 2024.

The shares were acquired at an average price of 694.00 GBp per share and will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the company's issued share capital totals 39,282,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,006,151 of these retained in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 35,276,188.
