Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (FSTA), also known as Fuller’s, has successfully conducted a transaction in its own shares. The operation was part of its share buyback programme, initially announced on 16 November 2023. The company purchased 1,122 ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange, all at a consistent price of 566.00 GBp per share.
The completed share buyback is a move towards executing the strategy outlined in the programme. Fuller's has communicated its intention to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s listed issued share capital stands at 41,182,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares of 40p each. With the recent buyback, 4,022,493 of those shares are now held in treasury, leaving 37,159,846 shares available for listed voting rights.
This action forms part of Fuller’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital structure efficiently and offer value to its shareholders. It also provides a guideline for shareholders to calculate their interest notifications under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
