Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Transaction
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has completed the purchase of 3,148 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at 736.00 pence each on the London Stock Exchange. The buyback is part of the program announced on 22 March 2024.
The company will hold these repurchased shares in Treasury. Following this buyback, Fuller’s listed issued share capital now consists of 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,566,459 held in treasury. The total number of listed voting rights is 36,115,880, a figure used for regulatory disclosures.
This transaction complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014, incorporated into UK law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
