Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the acquisition of 2,312 'A' ordinary shares. The shares, each valued at 40p, were repurchased at a price of 708.00 GBp per share. This action is part of its ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.

The company will hold these shares in treasury, adjusting its total listed share capital to 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 4,538,411 are in treasury, leaving 36,143,928 listed voting rights available.
