Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("the Company" or "Fuller’s") reported the purchase of 5,489 ‘A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange as part of its share buyback programme. The transaction took place on 23 August 2024 through Numis Securities Limited.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging between 740.00 GBp and 746.00 GBp, with an average price of 744.5342 GBp per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.

Post-purchase, Fuller’s listed issued share capital includes 40,082,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,019,360 shares in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 36,062,979 shares, a figure essential for shareholders in compliance with the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
