Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., commonly known as Fuller’s, has announced the purchase of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of its share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging between 706.00 GBp and 708.00 GBp, with an average price of 707.1477 GBp per share. The acquired shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction, Fuller’s total issued share capital comprises 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,133,917 held in Treasury. The remaining 36,548,422 shares represent the listed voting rights in the company.
Shareholders should use this number for their disclosures per the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
