Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC a annoncé l'acquisition de 2 312 actions ordinaires « A ». Les actions, évaluées chacune à 40 pence, ont été rachetées au prix de 708,00 GBp par action. Cette opération s'inscrit dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d'actions en cours lancé le 22 mars 2024.
La société conservera ces actions en propre, portant son capital social total coté à 40 682 339 actions ordinaires « A ». Parmi celles-ci, 4 538 411 sont en propre, ce qui laisse 36 143 928 droits de vote cotés disponibles.
Ce rachat est conforme aux règles de divulgation et de transparence, permettant aux actionnaires d'utiliser les nouveaux chiffres pour les calculs d'intérêts. Numis Securities Limited a exécuté l'achat.
