Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has completed a share buyback transaction, acquiring 13,378 "A" Ordinary Shares at 40p each. The buyback, conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, was part of a programme announced on 28 August 2025. Each share was purchased at a price of 652.00 GBp.

The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Consequently, the Company's issued share capital now includes 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, of which 4,200,218 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights stands at 32,191,147.
