Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation Surpasses One Billion CHF

The real estate portfolio of Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation has exceeded CHF 1 billion, with a balance sheet value of CHF 1,072.4 million as of September 30, 2025, marking an increase of 28.2%. This milestone is part of a robust expansion phase that began in 2024/2025. Residential properties account for 77% of net rental income.

Net rental income increased by 22%, reaching CHF 33.6 million. Investment returns amounted to 3.88%. FGIF welcomed 175 pension funds through two capital issuances totaling CHF 358.2 million. The sustainable strategy improved the GRESB rating to 77 points, and a new strategy is planned for 2026-2030.

FGIF has adopted an "Aging" strategy, incorporating housing concepts adapted to seniors. Demand for quality residential spaces remains strong despite geopolitical uncertainties.
