Fundamenta Real Estate SA announces a 6.9% increase in net profit for 2024, reaching CHF 21.7 million. Net rental income increased by 2.0% to CHF 41.9 million, while the vacancy rate remains low at 1.3%. The sale of four buildings generated CHF 4.8 million, enabling investments and mortgage repayments.

The company has proposed increasing its dividend to CHF 0.60 per share, an increase of 9.1%. Sustainability efforts are paying off, with a 30.1% reduction in CO₂ emissions. Thanks to proactive management, Fundamenta Real Estate SA maintains stable profitability despite challenging market conditions.
