Funding Circle Plc Announces Completion of Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc confirmed the purchase and upcoming cancellation of 120,000 of its ordinary shares. The shares, bought on April 25, 2024, from Numis Securities Limited, ranged in price from 59.60p to 61.00p, with an average cost of 60.5012p each. This move is part of a buyback initiative originally announced on March 7, 2024.

Following the cancellation, Funding Circle's issued share capital will stand at 355,944,598 ordinary shares, all endowed with voting rights. No shares will be held in treasury, and this structure will serve as the base for shareholder notifications as per the FCA's rules.
