Funding Circle Holdings plc has confirmed the recent repurchase and cancellation of its ordinary shares. As outlined in the announcement made on 28 May 2024, the company acquired 116,191 ordinary shares from Numis Securities Limited at prices ranging from 87.00p to 88.40p per share.
