On August 1, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings Plc disclosed its total voting rights in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1. As of July 31, 2024, the company's issued share capital stands at 343,974,029 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, all of which carry voting rights. The company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator to determine whether they need to notify their interest in, or any change to their interest in, the company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
