Funding Circle Plc Completes Share Buyback Transaction

Funding Circle Holdings plc reported the completion of a share buyback transaction on April 17, 2024. This action involved the purchase of 170,501 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited. Shares were acquired at prices ranging between 46.40p and 47.00p, with an average price of 46.8709p per share.

The company has declared its intention to cancel all of the acquired shares. Post-cancellation, Funding Circle’s issued share capital will total 356,610,875 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares will be held in Treasury following this transaction.
