Funding Circle Plc Completes Share Buyback Transaction

Funding Circle Holdings plc confirmed the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 250,000 of its ordinary shares. The transaction, executed via Numis Securities Limited, took place on the London Stock Exchange as part of a buyback program announced on March 7, 2024. The shares were bought back on May 9, 2024, at prices ranging from 71.00p to 77.20p, with an average cost of 73.8359p per share.

Post-cancellation, the total issued share capital of Funding Circle will be 354,849,011 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. This figure will also serve as the denominator for shareholders and others with notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. This action aligns with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation as part of Retained EU Law.
