Funding Circle Plc Executes Buyback of 250,000 Shares

Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the buyback and cancellation of 250,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The repurchase was part of the buyback program initiated on 7 March 2024. The shares, with a nominal value of £0.001 each, were acquired at prices ranging from 110.50p to 114.00p per share.

The transactions were managed by Numis Securities Limited. The volume-weighted average price paid per share was 112.6456p. Following the cancellation of these shares, Funding Circle's total issued share capital now consists of 343,274,558 ordinary shares with voting rights, and no shares are held in treasury.
