Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

On July 11, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase and cancellation of 284,000 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 99.6691 pence each. The transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.

The highest price paid per share was 100.50 pence, while the lowest was 99.40 pence. Post-cancellation, Funding Circle's total issued share capital will consist of 346,433,909 ordinary shares. There are no shares held in Treasury.

Shareholders can use the new figure of 346,433,909 ordinary shares to assess their obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. This transaction aligns with the buy-back program announced in March 2024.
