Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 209,785 of its ordinary shares. These transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange on August 12, 2024.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 99.00p to 103.50p, with a volume-weighted average price paid of 100.9813p per share. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the issued share capital to 341,103,566 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

This buyback program was initially announced on March 7, 2024, and is being conducted by Numis Securities Limited.
