Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

On August 22, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase of 240,308 ordinary shares for cancellation on the London Stock Exchange. The share buy-back was conducted through Numis Securities Limited, as initially declared on March 7, 2024.

The highest price paid for shares was 107.00 pence, while the lowest price was 104.50 pence. The volume-weighted average price stood at 106.4436 pence per share. All purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 339,828,526. Currently, no ordinary shares are held in treasury. Shareholders can use this new figure for regulatory disclosure purposes under the FCA’s guidelines.
