Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback Plan

On September 9, 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the repurchase and cancellation of 147,640 ordinary shares at a nominal value of £0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction involved purchases from Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis") as part of a share buy-back program initially announced on March 7, 2024.

The highest price paid per share during this buyback was 130.00p, while the lowest was 124.00p. The volume-weighted average price stood at 126.8737p per share. Upon the cancellation of these repurchased shares, the total issued share capital of the company will consist of 337,930,234 ordinary shares with voting rights. Notably, there are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
