Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares
On 7 August 2024, Funding Circle Holdings plc announced the purchase for cancellation of 192,125 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 101.2183p from Numis Securities Limited. The highest price paid per share was 102.00p, and the lowest was 99.00p.
Following this transaction, the Company’s issued share capital comprises 341,597,506 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in Treasury. This figure will serve as the denominator for shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
This buy-back is part of the program announced on 7 March 2024 and complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
