Funding Circle Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares
Funding Circle Holdings plc (the "Company") announced it has purchased and cancelled 282,280 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the buy-back program initiated on 7 March 2024.
The highest price paid per share was 102.50p, while the lowest was 99.60p. The volume-weighted average price stood at 101.5747p.
Following this buy-back, the Company’s issued share capital now consists of 348,207,508 ordinary shares, all carrying voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
This updated capital structure will be used by shareholders and others for regulatory notifications related to their interests in the Company.
