Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 210,892 of its ordinary shares. These transactions occurred on 27 August 2024 on the London Stock Exchange via Numis Securities Limited, with prices ranging from 102.00p to 105.00p per share. The volume-weighted average price was 103.7788p per share.

Following this buyback, Funding Circle's issued share capital now consists of 339,417,634 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury. Shareholders can use this updated figure to determine their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
