Funding Circle Plc: Share Repurchase Update

Funding Circle Holdings plc announces an update on its share repurchase programme initiated on 7 March 2024. To facilitate the timely completion, the company may purchase up to 50% of the average daily trading volume starting 27 June 2024.

On 26 June 2024, Funding Circle acquired 231,022 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited at a volume-weighted average price of 94.7777p per share. The highest price paid was 95.00p, and the lowest price was 92.00p. These shares are set for cancellation.

Post-cancellation, Funding Circle’s issued share capital will total 349,516,488 ordinary shares with voting rights. The updated figure should be used by shareholders for notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
