Funding Circle Plc: Transaction in Own Shares

Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 200,000 of its ordinary shares. The buy-back transaction, executed on 4 September 2024, was part of a previously announced program on 7 March 2024. The shares were acquired at varying prices, with a highest price of 100.00p and a lowest price of 95.20p, resulting in a volume-weighted average of 98.6742p per share.

Following the cancellation, the total issued share capital of the company will consist of 338,227,874 ordinary shares with voting rights. The company will not hold any shares in treasury. This updated figure can be used by shareholders to determine their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
