Fury Gold Mines Reports High-Grade Lithium Discoveries at Éléonore South
Fury Gold Mines Limited has announced significant findings of lithium from outcrop samples at its Éléonore South gold project in the James Bay region of Quebec. The sampling revealed high-grade lithium oxide values, with seven samples exceeding 1.75% Li2O, peaking at 4.67% Li2O.
The company remains focused on both gold and lithium exploration at the site. Initial discoveries were made by revisiting historical lepidolite-bearing pegmatite outcrops. New findings have been defined over an area of 1000 x 500 meters, emphasizing the project’s potential.
Strategically located near significant gold mineralizations such as Newmont's Éléonore Mine, Fury continues to explore Éléonore South for further opportunities. Upcoming results from a biogeochemical sampling program are anticipated.
