Future Fuels Completes Gravity Survey at Hornby Basin Project
Future Fuels Inc. has announced the completion of its Phase One gravity exploration program at the Hornby Basin Project, near Kugluktuk, Nunavut. The survey covered 2,000 hectares, focusing on the Mountain Lake uranium system and nearby radioactive areas. Past studies showed that gravity surveys can effectively identify structural controls on uranium mineralization.
The recent survey aims to enhance previous datasets from 2022 and 2024, helping to distinguish between different rock units and their uranium potential. Results are currently being processed and will help shape the company's 2026 drilling plans. Future Fuels remains committed to environmental stewardship and local community engagement as part of its ongoing operations.
