Future Fuels Unveils Hyperspectral Survey Outcomes at Hornby Basin

Future Fuels Inc. has announced the results of a hyperspectral remote sensing survey conducted at its Hornby Basin Uranium Project in Nunavut Territory. The survey identified over 100 mineralogical, geochemical, and gas anomaly clusters aligned with known uranium mineralization. These anomalies will be integrated into Future Fuels' exploration model, aiming to provide new targets for the upcoming exploration season.

Key findings include spectral anomalies associated with minerals such as muscovite, illite, pyrite, and chert, and gas anomalies of helium, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane. These are interpreted as connections to the radioactive decay and redox-related processes of the Mountain Lake Uranium System.

The company is moving closer to formulating its first exploration program at the Hornby Project, leveraging extensive data collected from the survey into VRIFY's AI targeting program. Results highlight potential mineralized zones under shallow cover, supporting the exploration model for a sandstone-hosted uranium system.
