Future Fuels to Acquire Mountain Lake Property in Nunavut

Future Fuels Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in IsoEnergy Ltd.'s Mountain Lake Project. This project includes 5,625 hectares of mineral claims in Nunavut, Canada. The acquisition adds significantly to Future Fuels' portfolio, increasing its holdings in the Hornby Bay Basin to over 342,064 hectares.

The transaction involves issuing a total of 15,000,000 common shares to IsoEnergy, alongside granting net smelter return royalties. Conditions include IsoEnergy nominating a director to Future Fuels' board and the successful completion of a private placement aimed at raising a minimum of $2,000,000. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.

Proceeds from the private placement will advance the Mountain Lake Property's development and support ongoing operations. No finder's fees will be paid for the transaction, although they may be applicable for the financing.
