Gaggia North America Launches New Espresso Machine and Grinder

Gaggia North America has introduced two new products aimed at enhancing home coffee brewing. The company announced the release of the Espresso Evolution, a semi-automatic espresso machine, and the MDF55, a sophisticated coffee grinder, both designed to facilitate the production of authentic Italian espresso at home.

The Espresso Evolution features a PID-controlled boiler for stable temperature maintenance, automatic pre-infusion for better espresso extraction, and a programmable function for repeatable espresso shots. It also supports versatility in coffee preparation, accommodating both freshly ground beans and E.S.E. pods. The machine is equipped with a steam wand for frothing milk, making it ideal for cappuccino and latte preparations.

Complementing the Espresso Evolution, the MDF55 grinder is equipped with 55mm flat burrs, stepless adjustment, and touch-screen controls, designed for quiet operation and minimal clumping. This grinder is an all-purpose tool suitable for various coffee preparations from espresso to French press.
