Galway Metals Reports Notable Gold Interceptions at Clarence Stream
Galway Metals Inc. has announced promising results from its latest drilling at the Clarence Stream Gold Project, New Brunswick. The company reports high-grade gold intercepts at the Southwest Deposit, including 4.1 g/t over 16m, and a peak of 41.9 g/t over 1.0m, reinforcing the district's potential. The project, derived from a 2022 mineral resource estimate, encapsulates a strike length of about 65 kilometers with significant gold showings.
President and CEO Rob Hinchcliffe emphasized that the results highlight continuity within modelled pits and the possibility to convert inferred to indicated resources, and expand outside current pit boundaries. With pending assays from 42 additional drill holes, Galway anticipates further updates to expand its resource base.
The drilling program, financially supported by the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance Program, marks a key step in Galway's strategic resource growth, amidst technical governance by Qualified Person Jesse Fisher.
