Galway Metals Intersects 19.5 g/t Gold over 4.2m, Initiates Second Drill to Expand South Deposit Resource

Galway Metals Inc. has announced promising results from their diamond drilling program at the Clarence Stream high-grade gold project in New Brunswick, Canada. The program confirmed significant gold continuity in the Southwest Deposit.

The highlight of the drilling results includes an impressive 19.5 g/t gold over 4.2 meters, with a peak of 45.9 g/t over 1.2 meters. Another notable result was 2.7 g/t gold over 4.5 meters, including 13.8 g/t over 0.5 meters.

In addition to these findings, Galway Metal plans to mobilize a second drill rig to target high-grade mineralization at the South Deposit. This second rig aims to explore potential starter pits, expanding existing zones and testing high-priority targets for new discoveries.

The Clarence Stream project boasts a 65-kilometer strike length of prospective gold showings and anomalies, underlining its district-scale potential. The company also acknowledges the financial support from the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance Program, which contributes up to $50,000 towards exploration drilling in 2024.
