Gamehost Announces AGM Voting Results

Calgary, AB / ACCESSWIRE / July 5, 2024 / Gamehost Inc. (TSX:GH) ("Gamehost" or the "Corporation") announced that all motions at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2023, were approved by the shareholders.

The detailed voting results are as follows:

The motion to fix the number of directors to be elected and appointed at not more than six was overwhelmingly approved, with 99.97% of votes in favor (12,237,525 votes).

The following individuals were elected as directors of the Company for the upcoming year: - David Will: 95.89% (11,737,334 votes) - Darcy Will: 95.88% (11,736,247 votes) - James McPherson: 77.52% (9,488,509 votes) - Timothy Sebastian: 77.50% (9,486,887 votes) - Jerry Van Someren: 95.97% (11,746,926 votes) - Peter Miles: 95.73% (11,718,063 votes)

Pivotal LLP was appointed as auditors for the Company for the ensuing year, with 96.00% (11,795,636 votes) in favor, and the directors were authorized to fix their remuneration.
