Dallas Cowboys Enter Fortnite Universe with GameSquare's Zoned
Zoned, a GameSquare company, has launched a successful campaign with the Dallas Cowboys, integrating the team into the Fortnite universe. Over four weeks, the initiative attracted more than 3.6 million players and generated 56.6 million brand impressions for the Cowboys. The campaign, which started on October 3, unveiled four creatively designed Fortnite maps, each branded with Cowboys imagery and interactive elements, such as custom gear and themed arenas.
In collaboration with Lenovo, this innovative approach targets younger fans by combining sports tradition with digital engagement. Cowboys' President, Carlos Tovar, emphasized the strategy of meeting audiences within spaces they frequent, like Fortnite. This partnership highlights the Cowboys’ growth in digital spaces and commitment to expanding fan interactions.
