GAUSSIN SA in receivership after an extended observation period
GAUSSIN, a major player in logistics solutions, saw its safeguard procedure converted into receivership by the Vesoul Commercial Court on September 24, 2024. This decision results from GAUSSIN's inability to raise the necessary funds during its observation period.
Recent events have affected the company's situation. The Dijon Court has allowed the sale of Metalliance to CORAIL-SM, while Leaderlease, a subsidiary of GAUSSIN, has been placed in receivership. In addition, Airbus has cancelled an order from GAUSSIN due to delivery problems with Metalliance.
Despite these challenges, a business continuity plan is being developed, with funding being sought to stabilize cash flow. At the same time, a call for tenders for a disposal plan has been launched.
