GAUSSIN SA prepares its General Meeting for June 2024
GAUSSIN SA, recognized for its innovative solutions in the transport and logistics sector, convenes its shareholders to the Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2024. The event will be held at the company's head office in Héricourt. The main agenda includes the appointment of four new directors.
Future appointments concern varied profiles, including Ewen Extier, Antoine de Koninck, Matthias Laurin and Jakub Šíp, the latter being of Czech nationality. This initiative is a strategic response from the majority shareholder, Czechoslovak Group, aimed at strengthening the governance of GAUSSIN SA following its recent safeguard procedure.
Shareholders will be able to participate in the vote either online via the VOTACCESS platform or by mail. The system will be accessible from May 31, 2024, with voting closing scheduled for the day before the meeting.
