GAUSSIN SA requests the appointment of a provisional administrator to overcome governance difficulties

GAUSSIN SA, world leader in innovative transport and logistics solutions, announced that following governance difficulties, Charles Henri CARBONI, judicial administrator, contacted the President of the Vesoul Commercial Court for the appointment of an administrator provisional. This measure aims to protect the interests of the company, employees and shareholders.

On May 6, 2024, two members of the Board of Directors claimed to have dismissed Christophe GAUSSIN from his functions as President and CEO. They also appointed Stoyan FILIPOV as General Director. These maneuvers are contested and legal action has been launched to overturn these decisions.

At the same time, a general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for June 18, aims to appoint four new directors. In this context of uncertainty, Charles Henri CARBONI requested the appointment of a provisional administrator in order to stabilize the governance of the company.
