Update of GEA shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2025

GEA's latest press release reveals that, as of June 30, 2025, the share capital will consist of 1,099,538 shares. In line with this structure, the total number of voting rights is specified at 1,699,209.

Of these rights, only 1,697,947 are declared exercisable. This difference is attributable to shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with the company's internal rules.
