The Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) of Monaco has published the terms and conditions for making available the preparatory documents for its Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for September 20, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, at 9:30 a.m.
A notice of meeting was published on August 9, 2024 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) and sent to shareholders. The documents relating to this meeting are available on the SBM website
