Ramsay Générale de Santé announces the availability of documents for the Combined General Meeting of December 11, 2025. This meeting will be held at 10 a.m. in Paris, avenue Marceau.
The notice of meeting was published on November 3, 2025, in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) and is available online at www.ramsaysante.fr. Details regarding participation and voting are also provided there. Documents required by shareholders, in accordance with Articles R. 22-10-23 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, are available upon request or for consultation at the company's registered office.
Shareholders can also submit written questions until December 5, 2025. The event will be streamed live on the company's website.
