Stock price chart of GERARD PERRIER (EPA:PERR) showing fluctuations.

On July 7, 2025, Amperra, the holding company controlling Gérard Perrier Industrie, announced a capital reorganization. This move aims to support the group's growth strategy while preserving family ownership. Amperra, which controls 52% of GPI's shares and 67.06% of its voting rights, will see Crédit Mutuel Equity and Garibaldi Participations join its capital.

Crédit Mutuel Equity now holds 26.94% of Amperra's capital, and Garibaldi Participations 3.98%. This transaction results from the withdrawal of GC Participations and Siparex, without affecting the family's control of Amperra, which remains at 69.08%. A new shareholders' agreement is planned to protect the interests of the new investors.

Crédit Mutuel Equity will participate in GPI's Supervisory Board. Completion is expected by July 31, 2025. This change marks the arrival of the third generation of family members at the company's helm.
