Gerresheimer AG Announces Supervisory Board Change

On November 20, 2025, Gerresheimer AG announced a change in its Supervisory Board. Klaus Röhrig, co-founder and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Active Ownership Group, has been appointed to replace Dr. Dorothea Wenzel. Röhrig's appointment reflects a shift in the company's shareholder structure.
