Andrea Mangoni Joins Getlink Board of Directors

Getlink announced the co-option of Mr. Andrea Mangoni as a non-independent director, replacing Mr. Jean Mouton. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting on 23 July 2025. The ratification of Mangoni's appointment will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Mangoni, CEO of Mundys, brings extensive experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Previously, he held key leadership roles at companies such as Acea, Sorgenia, and DoValue. His vast experience is expected to support Getlink's strategic goals. Mr. Jacques Gounon, Chairman of Getlink, highlighted Mangoni's expertise and Mundys' commitment to long-term strategic growth.
