Getlink publishes details of share capital and voting rights

Getlink SE, a company listed in Paris under the symbol GET, has announced the total number of shares and voting rights in its share capital. As of May 2, 2024, Getlink's capital consists of 550 million ordinary shares, with a par value of 0.40 euros per share. The company also revealed that the total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 708,134,477. This figure includes double voting rights granted to shares registered by name for at least two years, in accordance with article 11 of the statutes of Getlink.

Regarding the exercisable voting rights, as of May 2, they amounted to 699,041,034, after excluding shares deprived of voting rights. This information is communicated in compliance with article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code, aimed at transparency of listed companies.
