Getlink SE Shares and Voting Rights Update

Getlink SE disclosed its current share structure and voting rights as stipulated under the French commercial code article L. 233-8 II. As of May 2, 2024, the total number of ordinary shares issued stands at 550,000,000. These shares have a nominal value of €0.40 each.

The total theoretical number of voting rights, which includes rights from shares with suspended voting, reaches 708,134,477. However, the exercisable voting rights, excluding those suspended, are 699,041,034. This includes the impact of Getlink's by-laws Article 11, which awards double voting rights to long-term shareholders of fully paid-up registered shares held for a minimum of two years.
